FAQs
How long will it take to receive my photos?
For our sports photography packages, the turn around time is usually 3-7 days after the day of the event.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered through a private online gallery for digital downloads.
Will my photos be edited?
Yes, all final images are professionally edited to enhance color, lighting, and composition. If you are looking to achieve a certain 'look' we can go over it in detail prior to the event.
Can I purchase additional photos or prints?
Yes, additional digital files, prints, and custom products can be ordered through your gallery.
Do I own the rights to the photos?
Clients receive personal-use rights (for social media, etc.). For commercial or promotional use, additional licensing fees may apply.
Why is the pricing different for individual vs. team photos?
Individual athletes and teams are priced differently due to the nature of the coverage. For individual athletes, the focus is on capturing personal action shots, which naturally results in fewer photos compared to covering an entire team. When photographing a team, the larger group provides more opportunities for dynamic and varied shots, so more photos are included in the package.
What sports do you specialize in?
I have had the fortune of photographing a variety a sports with soccer, basketball, volleyball, and jiujitsu being ones that I have the most experience in. However, I would be more than happy to have the opportunity to try new sports.
How far in advance should I book?
I would try to book as early as you can, with 2-4 weeks being my general recommendation to ensure availability, especially during busy sports seasons.
Do you travel for events?
Yes, I will travel within a reasonable distance (<20 miles), additional fees may apply for locations outside of that range.
Are there any additional fees?
Please note that additional fees may apply for travel beyond 20 miles, entry into games or tournaments, or any other event-related costs. These fees will be discussed upfront during booking.
Will I receive ALL the photos from the session?
No, unfortunately. I carefully review all the photos taken during your session to ensure you receive only the best. If you’d like additional edits or options, let me know, and I’d be happy to discuss add-on packages!
Can I have the RAW, unedited photos?
I unfortunately do not provide raw, unedited photos as part of my service. The editing process is an essential part of my photography, ensuring the images meet my professional standards and reflect the quality of work I’m proud to deliver. If you have any specific requests for edits or additional images, I’m happy to discuss those with you!
Why is the pricing different for individuals/couples vs. group/family?
Larger groups require more coordination, time for posing, and potentially more post-processing to ensure everyone looks their best. Also, because there could be more posing options, there will be more photos delivered.
