MEDIA RELEASE

On July 12, 2026, Mendoza Visual volunteered photography services to provide professional headshots for cast, staff, & crew members of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory at Exit 7 Players. This Media Release grants permission for the use of photographs taken during that session and outlines how those images may be used by Mendoza Visual and the community theater.


Media Release

I grant Mendoza Visual permission to photograph me (or my minor child) during the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory headshot session at Exit 7 Players.

I understand that these photographs may be used by Mendoza Visual for lawful promotional and portfolio purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Portfolio and website
  • Social media
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Photography competitions or exhibitions
  • Educational or business presentations

I understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

I acknowledge that the images will also be provided to Exit 7 Players for its promotional, marketing, and organizational purposes.

I release and hold harmless Mendoza Visual from any claims arising from the use of these photographs as described above.
